TERMS GITDÚ
End User License Agreement
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This agreement is between you and RemoterLabs, LLC and covers your use of the Gitdú desktop application.
License
Gitdú is licensed, not sold. RemoterLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Gitdú for personal or commercial purposes, subject to this agreement. You may use the app on devices you own or control. No fee or account is currently required to use Gitdú.
Your repositories and content
You retain your rights to your repositories, source code, and other content. This agreement does not give RemoterLabs ownership of or a general license to your content. You are responsible for choosing repositories and remote services, reviewing Git operations before confirming them, and keeping backups of important work.
Acceptable use
You may not use Gitdú unlawfully, redistribute or sublicense the app as a standalone product, or remove its proprietary notices. You may not reverse engineer or modify the app except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted by agreement. These terms do not limit rights granted by open-source licenses for third-party components.
Third-party software and services
Gitdú includes components distributed under their own licenses. Those licenses continue to apply to the relevant components. See the Gitdú third-party notices. Git operations, the optional assistant, and App Store distribution may also involve third-party services and terms. The Privacy Policy describes related network activity.
Updates and availability
RemoterLabs may change, update, or discontinue Gitdú or any feature. This agreement does not promise that updates, support, or any particular feature will be available. Apple's terms may also apply to copies obtained through the Mac App Store; where required, those terms govern your relationship with Apple.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gitdú is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RemoterLabs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every repository or workflow.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RemoterLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Gitdú. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Termination
This license ends if you materially breach this agreement and do not correct the breach after reasonable notice. When the license ends, stop using Gitdú and remove copies you control. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.
Changes to this agreement
We may revise this agreement as Gitdú changes. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an updated agreement takes effect means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
